The Quad Central recently announced the addition of Fort Fitness – one of the island’s largest fitness facilities – as its newest tenant.

This high-end fitness centre, which is quickly establishing itself as the leading force for fitness, is slated to open its doors later on this year.

Said partnership consolidates The Quad’s strategy for future growth and innovation and provides a space for clients to incorporate health and fitness activities into their workday.

“We are very excited to be opening at The Quad Central,” Darren Desira, Co-Founder of Fort Fitness, said.

“Everything about the club – from the innovative fitness offerings to the bespoke programs – has been designed to deliver unforgettable personal and meaningful experiences. We cannot wait to welcome our first members into our home,” he continued.

Once complete, the facility will feature a state-of-the art fitness studio, where members will have access to a full range of health, fitness, and wellness services under one roof.

The services available will include resistance and cardio equipment, strength training, a full and varied class schedule an,d most importantly, a unique exercise experience.

With over 140 exercise machines, a three-lane indoor track, a full program of instructor- led group classes and a boxing academy open to both adults and children, patrons will have the opportunity to put their best foot forward in pursuit of healthy goals for 2022.

On the tech side of things, Fort Fitness members are supported with a dedicated app that keeps them up to date with class schedules and opening hours and tracks their fitness activities.

The Quad Central has been designed with the first two levels overlooking the landscaped Piazza, dedicated solely for amenities and receptions for offices.

Alongside the Fort Fitness centre, The Piazza levels will host a number of sevices and amenities, such as a Child Care Centre, Greens supermarket, the popular and healthy Dr. Juice eatery along with other well-known restaurants and cafés, as well as other amenities including Papier stationary and a dry-cleaning service.

The car park can also cater for 1,500 vehicles, has bike racks and a car wash to cater for tenants and visitors.
