As Malta’s business community grows bigger and bigger, so is the MaltaCEOs.mt team.

As part of our growth strategy for the MaltaCEOs brand, and to be better equipped to provide constant coverage of what Malta’s Business Leaders, C-level Executives, and Entrepreneurs are up to, MaltaCEOs is looking to strengthen its editorial team with the addition of an Online Writer.

Owned by Malta’s biggest media company in the corporate and B2B markets – Content House Group – the MaltaCEOs brand includes the prestigious annual publication featuring 50 prominent CEOs, the popular MaltaCEOs.mt online portal, the 50 Business Leaders online serialisation, and the newly launched The Malta CEOs Weekly online newsletter.

What sets this business portal apart from its counterparts is its particular focus on leadership and strategy, as well as its extensive coverage of the human elements of businesses – particularly insofar as C-level news is concerned. For this reason, every piece of written material uploaded to the MaltaCEOs.mt aims to have a local business leader at its core.

An Online Writer would thus be entrusted to produce daily written content in the form of articles, interviews, and key business updates for the MaltaCEOs.mt portal. Other responsibilities include proofreading text, publishing content on social media channels, and planning a publishing schedule.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualities:

  • An excellent grasp of the English language
  • A good understanding of business jargon
  • A keen eye for current affairs and business topics
  • The ability to work independently, under minimal supervision
  • The drive to create new, unique, and original business-related content
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant area is preferred, although not required
  • Prior experience in content writing and / or journalism is preferred, although not required

Think this might be the role for you?

Then take the leap and send over your CV and cover letter on careers@contenthouse.com.mt.
