Harvest Technology plc on Thursday announced that Adrian Mercieca as its new Company Secretary.
Harvest Technology delivers system and software engineering, security solutions and services, e-commerce platforms, electronic payments solutions, and a number of other services.
The announcement was made in the group’s interim financial report for the six months ended 30th June 2024.
Mr Mercieca has now replaced Malcolm Falzon with immediate effect, as the latter will no longer occupy the position.
Mr Mercieca will also serve as Secretary of Harvest Technology’s Audit Committee and of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Aside from his latest role, he is also Company Secretary at Harvest Technology’s parent company Hili Ventures.
Mr Mercieca joined Hili Ventures in 2022, having previously served as Director and Head of Company Administration at Fenlex, where he was responsible for corporate, compliance, and banking matters for international clients.
During his career, he has also acted as Director and Company Secretary for a number of Maltese-registered companies.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Derby and an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson.
Mr Mercieca is also a Member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
