Melite Finance announced that Andrew Ganado has tendered his resignation from his role of Executive Director at the company.

The Board of Directors at Melite Finance will be convening a general meeting with its shareholders to fill in the vacancy created by Mr Ganado’s resignation.

Mr Ganado will be retaining his role as Executive Director at Melite Properties – the Italian subsidiary of the aforementioned company.

The former Executive Director will now be focussing his efforts primarily on the management of the Melite Properties leasehold portfolio in Italy.

Melite Finance announced that any further announcements regarding the appointment of a new Executive Director will be published in due course.

Mr Ganado also serves as Director and Co-Owner of Melite Retail Limited.
