“These two years have been very challenging, especially the first few months,” Dr Mifsud admitted whilst adding that “the challenges were endless.” Dr Mifsud specialises in commercial, corporate and employment law matters.

AJM Legal was launched in October 2020. Before opening up his own company, Dr Mifsud held various legal roles including being Head of Legal at E&S Consultancy Ltd and also at BDO Malta. Prior to that he occupied the role of Legal Consultant at Orangefield Group and that of Team Leader of Corporate Services at Custom House Global Funds Services Ltd.

Starting a new business is never easy, however, the founder confirms that “just like the challenges, the rewards were endless too.” He goes on to share some of the moments that have made the struggles of the past two years worth while.

“It’s very rewarding to receive a word of appreciation from a client,” he states adding that “it’s also rewarding to have to broaden one’s knowledge as well as one’s network of collaborators.”

“Thanks to all those of you who have been part of this journey – you know who you are,” Dr Mifsud concluded.
