"Celebrating milestones is about more than just recognising years of service – it’s about honouring the dedication, expertise, and impact our colleagues bring to the team every day," said Jesmond Bugeja, CEO of the Malta Communications Authority (MCA).

He recently shared his thoughts on the importance of marking such achievements, as the organisation honoured five long-serving team members.

In a LinkedIn post, Mr Bugeja expressed his gratitude: "A heartfelt congratulations to our esteemed colleagues at the MCA who have recently celebrated significant milestones in their careers with us. Your contributions have shaped not only the organisation but also the wider communications sector in Malta."

The MCA echoed these sentiments, commemorating five dedicated professionals who have reached major career milestones within the organisation.

The MCA celebrated the dedication and service of Matthew Farrugia and Marcelle Attard for reaching 10 years with the organisation, while also honouring Adrian Galea, Brian Sghendo, and Damian Gatt for their outstanding commitment over 20 years.

The authority expressed pride in the contributions of these employees, noting that reaching these milestones was a testament to their happiness and satisfaction in being part of the MCA family. It highlighted that their hard work, loyalty, and contributions had been instrumental to the organisation's success over the years.
