Endo Ventures Group has appointed Chiara Camilleri as Head of Finance, effective 1st October 2025. She will be assuming the responsibilities of outgoing Chief Financial Officer Glen Grima, who stepped down from his role on 30th September 2025.

Ms Camilleri has been an integral part of the Group’s finance team, previously serving as Finance Manager. A Certified Public Accountant, she graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management in 2013, followed by a Master in Accountancy in 2015.

Her career began at PwC Malta, where she gained broad experience in external auditing across diverse industries and took on international assignments.

She was seconded to PwC Zurich, where she worked on a number of complex engagements. After more than eight years at PwC, Ms Camilleri joined Endo Group, establishing herself as a key player within its finance operations.

The company emphasised that Ms Camilleri’s appointment will ensure continuity in financial leadership. She will report directly to the Executive Directors.

Meanwhile, the company expressed its gratitude to Mr Grima for his years of service as CFO, wishing him every success in his future endeavours.

Endo Group is involved in the acquisition, financing, management, and chartering of commercial vessels, together with providing ship-to-ship and mooring master services.

It is composed of Endo Ventures Limited as the parent company, together with Endo Finance plc, Endo Tankers Ltd, Endo Properties Ltd, International Fender Providers Limited, IFP Marine Holdings Limited as direct subsidiaries, together with a number of other indirect subsidiaries.
