Christopher Vassallo Cesareo, the Managing Director of furniture company Domestica Ltd, has been announced as a key investor and strategic advisor to Growy Ltd, an AI-powered training platform.

The partnership, described as a meeting of minds from the very beginning, signals a strategic step for both parties.

Growy, in its announcement, highlighted the immediate alignment of values and vision.

“From the very first day we met, there was incredible chemistry,” the company stated. “We talked about values, our values. About why we get up in the morning… about legacy, impact and disruption.”

Mr Vassallo Cesareo brings a unique blend of business acumen and psychological insight to the Growy team. A graduate in Business Marketing and Psychology from Boston University, he has been instrumental in establishing Domestica as a household name in Malta.

His experience extends beyond the family business through active roles in national organisations such as The Malta Chamber of Commerce, JA Malta, and the San Anton School Board.

“We are confident that the founders will take their idea further. The greatest strength of Growy is that it naturally, directly tackles an issue that companies face not just in Malta but worldwide,” Mr Vassalo Cesareo said.

The collaboration has already yielded tangible results with the launch of Growy AI Agents.

These AI agents, Growy claims, go “beyond AI assistants that merely provide support” to actually perform real-world tasks.

Developed in partnership with Domestica Ltd and Mr Vassallo Cesareo, the AI Agents can automate workflows, open support tickets, resolve operational bottlenecks, and handle processes from customer service to HR and sales role-plays.

“This is about building tools to make humans limitless,” states Growy’s core mission.

The platform is designed specifically for mid-to-large businesses, particularly in deskless industries like hospitality, retail, logistics, and manufacturing. By transforming a company’s internal knowledge – such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials – into AI-generated micro-courses and 24/7 AI support, Growy aims to reduce employee turnover, save managers’ time, and upskill teams efficiently.

The company expressed its enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Thank you, Chris, for believing in our vision and values. We’re honoured to have you on board.”

A full case study detailing the development and impact of the Growy AI Agents in collaboration with Domestica is expected to be released soon.
