Colin B. German is the new general manager of Birkirkara-based cybersecurity firm 7Camber.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as General Manager at 7Camber, working with global clients on testing their cyber security to increase their cyber resilience,” Mr German said about the new position.

7Camber offers penetration testing - regulatory (PCI-DSS, DORA) and elective (web apps, networks, mobile, APIs) - to uncover vulnerabilities before attackers do.

“With 15+ years’ experience and projects in 20+ countries, our certified team combines technical depth with clear communication for all audiences. We stay ahead of emerging threats and deliver actionable, audit-ready results,” the company explained on LinkedIn.

Mr German also works as an advisor to owners and boards.

“I help teams align strategy, people, and processes so they can execute faster, reduce key‑person risk, and build value that lasts. My approach is practical and supportive - providing enough structure to scale without slowing innovation,” he noted.

“Alongside this, I work in cybersecurity with 7Camber, where we test and challenge clients’ systems, applications, and infrastructure through real‑world penetration testing. Our goal is simple: help organisations find weaknesses before attackers do, strengthen their security posture, and meet standards like PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001, DORA, and TIBER‑EU.”

By bringing together business resilience and cyber resilience, I help leaders grow with confidence - reducing risk, improving readiness, and preparing their organisations for whatever comes next.”
