Conrad Aquilina has been appointed as the new Financial Services Director at EBO.ai, a company working in AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

EBO.ai, which has offices in Malta, the UK and Italy, offers specialist virtual agents to organisations like the UK’s National Health Service (NHS).

Mr Aquilina has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in technology, commercial strategy, and large-scale transformation.

“At EBO, Conrad will lead our Financial Services vertical and support our expansion across the UK, Greece, and Cyprus, helping financial institutions unlock AI-driven customer engagement and next-level fraud protection,” the company said.

Reflecting on his decision to join EBO, he said: “I joined EBO because I believe the product is genuinely different. Backing something you truly believe in, in markets that are ready for it, is the most exciting place to be.”

Led by Gege Gatt, the company also recently set its sights on the North American market through a strategic partnership with MedBridge North America.
