Start-up gaming company and MGA-licensed B2B operator, The Mill Adventure, has appointed Cristina Grigore as its Head of Human Resources.
Joining the team in May, Ms Grigore shared that she “discovered a great work environment” at The Mill Adventure, “a team that works towards a common goal, a company with an ambitious vision, a focus on doing things right, at the right time, for the right reason and an amazingly fun, friendly and competent group of people!”
Ms Grigore brings over 10 years’ experience in HR to the role, having worked in multinational environments while also coaching on leadership. She previously occupied the same role at KaFe Rocks Group, an affiliate iGaming company also based in Malta.
The Mill Adventure was founded in 2019 as a complete gaming platform, with the intent of automating and scaling in the most effective way possible.
