Cristina Grigore

Cristina Grigore on Wednesday shared that she has been promoted to Chief People Officer at The Mill Adventure.

Prior to her new role, she had worked at the Malta-based iGaming firm for more than two years as Head of Human Resources (HR).

In her announcement, she thanked The Mill Adventure Co-Founder and CEO Dario Arruda together with the rest of the company’s team for their “support and trust”. Ms Grigore said that she is “looking forward to this next chapter” of her career at the company.

Ms Grigore has more than 10 years of HR experience at various companies. Prior to working at The Mill Adventure, she spent two years as Head of HR at KaFe Rocks Group, and was also HR Manager at XCaliber Technologies Limited for more than a year.

Aside from that, she also worked within the HR functions of Optaros and Capgemini, both in their offices in Bucharest, Romania.

Additionally, she is a Professional and Leadership Coach on a self-employed basis, helping individuals grow on both personal and professional levels.

Ms Grigore describes herself as a “proven expert on recruitment, HR teams and HR processes design, optimisation and alignment”. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Bucharest and a Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, among other qualifications.

The Mill Adventure is an iGaming company that aims to provide a “complete gaming platform”, including licences and operations to allow for “rapid deployment and success in iGaming”. Founded in 2019, it seeks to build “awesome products that will change the way the iGaming industry operates”.
