The origins of this local professional services company can be traced back to the 1980s, having started out as an accounting firm known as Manduca, Mercieca and Co.

In 1989, the firm became the first Maltese accounting practice to become a full member of one of the Big Four international accounting firms – Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, and EY.

Nowadays, Deloitte Malta is led by CEO Marc Alden and National Professional Practice Director Bernard Scicluna.

Before joining Deloitte, Ms Mifsud served as a Global Microsoft Business Operations Manager at KPMG Malta and as a Marketing and Operations Manager at Microsoft Malta.

Her previous experiences also include a three-and-a-half-year tenure as a Customer Relations Management Executive at Vodafone Malta and a year-long tenure in customer service support at Fixed Odds.
