Dirk Camilleri / iGP

Dirk Camilleri has been named Chief Product Officer of Malta-based iGaming Platform (iGP), the iGaming technology solutions creator and provider announced on Wednesday.

He brings over eight years of experience in key roles across the iGaming industry, including his most recent position as Vice President of Product at aggregator and content provider Pariplay.

Mr Camilleri’s experience also includes time as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Green Jade Games, Head of Casino at Global Gaming Group, Head of Gaming Product at Jackpotjoy Group and Platform Product Owner of Gaming at Betsson Group.

His new role will see him lead iGP’s product team, focusing on developing a roadmap that aligns with market trends and company goals. Additionally, he will also aim to further refine the company’s current offering based on customer feedback.

This appointment marks the first in a string of new hire announcements in 2024 for iGP.

iGP is an iGaming tech creator that provides technology and innovative solutions that are tailored to the dynamic demands of today’s digital world, with a focus on user experience and sustainability. The Malta-headquartered company was founded in 2016, and last year it underwent a full-scale rebrand.

Commenting on the appointment, iGP CEO Giovanni Paticchio said he is delighted to welcome Mr Camilleri to the team.

“With the products we have today and with Dirk’s [Mr Camilleri’s] help, the product we plan to launch next year puts iGP in a great position to deliver even more value to our clients and entertainment to their customers,” he continued.

Mr Camilleri noted that iGP is a company that has “grand ambitions to be the very best in the business” when it comes to its product offering.

“I could not be more excited to play a key part in the delivery of these top-quality products and services. Looking forward to being part of our exciting growth story,” he added.
