Ella Dzierzanowska

Long-standing Reed Recruitment Malta employee Ella Dzierzanowska has been promoted to Senior Business Manager.

Ms Dzierzanowska started her journey at the Ta’ Xbiex-based company in February 2018, when she joined as a Recruitment Consultant.

After just over a year in said role, she was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant – Business Support. From that point on, Ms Dzierzanowska kept working her way up at the company, eventually taking on the roles of Executive Consultant, Business Manager, and most recently, Senior Business Manager.

Reed Recruitment Malta is part of The Reed Group, founded in the UK in the early 1960s. Since then, the group has grown to become the world’s largest family-run recruitment business, with offices spanning across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia.

Before joining Reed Recruitment Malta, Ms Dzierzanowska held a series of roles in Malta and the UK. These include Client Relations Administrator at Keepmeposted, Sales Consultant at Victoria’s Secret, HR Assistant at Classic Group Ltd, and HR Administrator at Addictions Hair & Beauty Ltd.
