“Ask as many questions as you can. Be aware and conscious of your limitations and learn from your colleagues,” says Lisa Lombardi, Director of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance at LeoVegas Group.

In a short Q&A on the occasion of Women’s Day, she shared her advice to young leaders, underlining the importance of a constant desire to learn.

“Everyone can teach you something and if you take a learning away from every interaction, then you will grow to be a well-rounded professional. Treat people as you would like them to treat you. This applies in life and at work. Respect people if you want to be respected.”
