Francesco Terzani has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Borgo Lifestyle Group.

Launched in 2008, the Borgo Lifestyle Group is behind a series of hospitality-related developments; namely The Borgo Santo Pietro five-star luxury hotel in Tuscany, made up of 20 luxury suites, a holistic spa, and two restaurants (amongst other facilities) and a 136-foot wooden sailing yacht named Satori, aboard which guests can enjoy Michelin-starred dining.

The Managing Director and CFO’s appointment was announced by Borgo Lifestyle Finance, a holding company and the finance arm of the group.

Mr Terzani is succeeding Marco Griffi, whostepped down from his roles as Compliance Officer, CFO, and Managing Director this month. Company Secretary Katia Cachia was appointed Compliance Officer in his stead just last week.

As CFO, Mr Terzani is responsible for all of Borgo Lifestyle Group’s operational and financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He is also tasked with overseeing and managing all human resources and different business units’ facilities and activities.

Mr Terzani’s career spans more than 15 years of experience in assets and projects management, financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.

Before joining Borgo Lifestyle Group, the CFO served as Business Manager for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across various locations around the globe.
