Group Chief Commercial Officer Lara Caruana has been appointed Company Shareholder and Director at VSQUARED and Gadgets.

The appointment was announced by VSQUARED CEO Rachel Cachia and Gadgets CEO Martina Zammit.

This development, the companies said, forms part of the organisation’s growth strategy and, above all, its commitment to service quality.

“My journey with the company has been inspirational and motivating, to say the least. Over the years, [Ms Zammit], [Ms Cachia], and Justin [Camilleri] have instilled in me a love and passion for the industry, the work we do, and the way we go about it,” Ms Caruana said.

“I’m extremely grateful for my growth within the company and I look forward to an exciting future with this organisation,” she continued.

Following this appointment, the VSQUARED and Gadgets shareholders are Ms Cachia and Ms Zammit – both of whom are the Co-Founders and Main Shareholders – together with Director of Photography Justin Camilleri and Ms Caruana.

The Group CCO joined the organisation in 2013, starting out as part of the Gadgets production team before serving as Production Manager and, eventually, COO at VSQUARED.

“Over the last couple of years, the digital transformation had to happen faster than ever due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and marketers increasingly adapted to changing virtual and hybrid business landscapes,” Ms Caruana said.

“As Chief Commercial Officer, I will strive to help clients reach new heights with their brands, along with our talented teams,” she concluded.
