Hard work, self-improvement and a commitment to excellence: MFCC CEO Anita Mifsud on standing out

Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre (MFCC) CEO Anita Mifsud firmly believes that to stand out in the crowd, a combination of hard work, continuous self-improvement and a commitment to excellence are essential for success.

In comments shared to Ms Mifsud’s online network, the events industry leader – who has helmed the MFCC since January 2014 and is also CEO of Right Structures – a bespoke event structure company, she provided her own ‘ingredients’ for success which any member of a workplace can and should follow.

She starts off with emphasising the importance of overcoming challenges at the workplace, as challenges present “opportunities to develop me skills”, “learn from mistakes” and “find innovative solutions”.

Actively participate in professional associations, attend conferences, and engage in online communities to expand your network.
