Iva Tomova, Head of Retention at Malta-based iGaming B2B supplier Aspire Global, announced that she has parted ways with the company after a lengthy tenure.

“Leaving the Aspire Global office last night for the last time definitely left a very bittersweet feeling,” Ms Tomova wrote on social media.

“After 10 years of day-to-day experiences and collaborations, I am leaving with a wealth of knowledge I will always treasure,” she continued.

Ms Tomova joined Aspire Global in 2014 as a VIP Team Leader – a position which she held for just under seven years. In 2019 she was promoted to VIP Department Manager and around a year later, she was made Head of Retention.

“Working here has been an amazing learning experience and being here with you all has definitely made me a more rounded person. You have taught me to take direction, criticism, and compliments – things I was far from great at, and now apply to every situation,” Ms Tomova wrote.

“Needless to say, you all became family, and it definitely feels like the end of an era! Keep going strong Aspire Global, as usual. I will miss you all and hope to leave an impression on others similar to the one you have left on me,” she concluded.

Founded in 2005, Aspire Global seeks to offer partners a fully-rounded iGaming solutions that covers casino, sportsbook, proprietary games, and game aggregation.

Before joining Aspire Global, Ms Tomova worked as a French Support Agent and French VIP Account Manager at NeoGames.
