The JA Malta Foundation reflected on Karl Gouder’s legacy following his sudden passing on 10th September at the age of 43.

In a heartfelt message shared on their social media channel, the foundation highlighted Mr Gouder’s tenure as CEO from 2005 to 2008.

“He demonstrated remarkable innovation, dedication, and hard work. His leadership was instrumental in shaping the foundation’s direction and growth. Karl’s vision and passion for empowering young people left a lasting impact on JA Malta, and his contributions continue to resonate within the organisation,” JA Malta wrote, emphasising that Mr Gouder will be remembered for his unwavering commitment to excellence and his unique ability to inspire those around him.

Mr Gouder was a prominent figure in Maltese politics and business, having held positions such as a Member of Parliament with the Nationalist party for six years. On 8th September, he announced his intention to contest for the post of Secretary General with the same party.
