Justin Cutajar has been announced as Juel Group’s new Chief Financial Officer following the step down of Samatha Agius from the role. 

The board thanked Ms Agius for her contribution and professional service and wished her well on her future endeavours.

Justin Cutajar, who is also an Executive Director on the board, will be appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer in her place as of today.

Jeul Group plc operates from Malta and works across property development and hospitality, with over 150 homes built, 35 property rentals under the Stay Mela brand, and the opening of the Hyatt Centric Malta Hotel in St Julians.
