RSM Malta has celebrated its 20th anniversary, marking two decades of professional service with an event attended by team members, key stakeholders, and dignitaries.

Speaking at the celebration, Managing Partner Karen Spiteri Bailey paid tribute to the firm’s founding team and acknowledged the contributions of former Managing Partners, current and past partners, employees, and clients.

“RSM Malta was built on trust, technical excellence, and meaningful relationships. What began as a small ambitious team has today evolved into a leading professional services firm recognised for the power of understanding,” said Ms Spiteri Bailey. “This milestone goes beyond celebration, it stands as proof of what shared values and collective effort can achieve.”

Founded in 2005, RSM Malta forms part of the global RSM network – the world’s sixth-largest international network of assurance, tax, and consulting firms, with over 65,000 professionals across 120 countries.

According to a press release from the company, the Malta firm is focusing on talent development, digital transformation, and sustainability to align with RSM’s 2030 Global Strategy.

“While the tools and challenges of our profession may evolve, our values remain unchanged,” Ms Spiteri Bailey concluded. “They are what guide us, inspire trust, and empower us to continue delivering meaningful impact for our clients and our community.”
