Katrina Attard has been appointed to GO plc’s Board of Directors.
GO issued a company announcement on the stock exchange, thanking Mr Mohsin Majid for his years of service, and announcing Ms Attard’s appointment.
Ms Attard is the Chief Executive Officer of Panta Group, a role she has held since 2019.
Under her leadership, the group has undergone a comprehensive transformation and modernisation programme, with a strong focus on long-term sustainability, strengthened governance and strategic growth.
Ms Attard has developed experience in strategic leadership, change management and operational improvement in a variety of market settings.
She serves as a Director on several Panta Group entities contributing to oversight across corporate strategy, financial governance, risk management, and talent development.
She holds a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Malta.
