Outgoing BNF Bank CEO and Managing Director Michael Collis believes that customers should be kept at the centre of all business opportunities.
He was speaking during a panel discussion at the EY Malta Future Realised conference, held on 17th and 18th October.
During his intervention Mr Collis suggested that at BNF, it is a state of mind for staff to provide excellent service.
He added that by marrying digital and human interaction through its 12 retail branches the Bank can be better positioned for success in the way it listens to customer concerns and provides sound solutions to facilitate the way customers manage their finances reinforced by the provision of personalised products.
The EY Malta Future Realised Conference 2022 was held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta.
