VJ Salamone’s Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Kurt Sciberras has recently been appointed as Director on the board of Smart Technologies Limited (STL).
Smart Technologies announced this via social media on Tuesday.
Mr Sciberras has been serving as Group CFO at VJ Salamone since March 2022. Prior to that engagement he also held “a senior management position at PwC Malta within the external audit department.”
The CFO is a certified public accountant and auditor who “graduated from the University of Malta after reading for a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree in 2004.”
Founded in 2008, Smart Technologies has built its reputation as a reliable operator in the computer leasing business and specialises in assisting companies and start-ups to invest in building their IT platform or interface.
