Local telecommunications company GO has appointed Lassaad Ben Dhiab as its new Chairman, with immediate effect.

Mr Ben Dhiab has been an active Member of GO’s board since May 2019.

“I’m proud to have been appointed to this new position at GO. I’ve been working with the company’s Board of Directors for the past three years and I’m sure that, together, we can keep pushing this company towards successes that will lead to more profits and more value for our clients,” the newly appointed Chairman said.

With over thirty years of experience in the industry, Mr Ben Dhiab has held several roles in the engineering, commercial strategy and administration, financial management and human resources, and telecommunications solutions sectors.

Over the years, he has also held several roles at Tunisia Telecom Group, having been recently appointed Chairman and CEO at Tunisie Telecom.

“We look forward to keep working together for a digital Malta where no one is left behind,” GO CEO Nikhil Patil said.

“Mr Ben Dhiab holds a lot of experience in this sector and I am sure that he will contribute towards further successes,” he concluded.
