The Board of Directors at Lombard Bank expressed tribute to late long-standing Non-Executive Director Michael Zammit, who sadly passed away on 3rd February.
Mr Zammit sat on the bank’s board alongside Non-Executive Directors Kimon Palamidis, Graham A. Fairclough, and Michael C. Bonello. Mr Bonello also serves as Chairman.
The late Director was also a Member of the bank’s Audit & Risk Committee alongside Mr Bonello, Mr Fairclough, and Mr Palamidis.
“The Board expresses its appreciation for Mr Zammit’s valued and positive contribution, commitment and dedication shown to the Bank throughout the term of his office, while conveying its sincere condolences to Mr Zammit’s family,” the company concluded.
The issue, he argues, lies in how professional life continues to be structured as if parenting does not exist.
This role requires him to serve as the founding strategic leader of the newly established centre.
Thomas Agius Ferrante will focused on strengthening The Xara Collection as one of Malta’s most known hospitality companies.
Andrew Hogg is also Executive Director at The BrewHouse Malta.
