Luke Attard-Montalto has been appointed Associate Director at AIMS International Malta, the recruitment company announced on Tuesday (today).

AIMS International Malta forms part of an international network of companies specialising in recruitment, particularly focused on financial, accountancy, risk, compliance, and legal professionals. Founded in 2020, it was previously known as Papilio Talent.

Mr Attard-Montalto brings a wealth of experience in recruitment to the company, including most recently as Quality Lead at Konnekt and Expedition42. He had worked at Konnekt and Expedition42 for seven and a half years, spread over two spells, and during that time he had witnessed and contributed to the organisations’ growth.

His career also includes experiences in recruitment and human resources at MeDirect Malta, Atlas Insurance PCC Ltd, and Castille.

AIMS International Malta stated that throughout his career, Mr Attard-Montalto has shown a dedication to driving growth, fostering strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering results.

“His passion for forging meaningful connections thus driving mutual success, aligns perfectly with our mission here at AIMS International Malta, and we are confident that his expertise will further elevate our capabilities and strengthen our presence in Malta,” it added.
