Malta Enterprise Chairman William Wait and CEO Kurt Farrugia presented a donation of €15,500 following this year’s CSR event.
This donation was presented to Darrin Zammit Lupi and to the Community Crisis Centre.
Last July, Malta Enterprise organised “One Love…Celebrating Peace,” a concert featuring special guest Jamala, a Ukrainian international singer and Eurovision winner.
This was complemented by a photographic exhibition by renowned photographers Darrin Zammit Lupi and Heidi Levine.
The events were organised in aid of the Rebecca Zammit Lupi Junior Secondary school in Ethiopia, in memory of Darrin’s 15-year-old daughter Rebecca who died in 2021 from a rare form of cancer, and towards the Ukrainian citizens who fled to Malta because of the war.
