Property Holding Company, Stivala Group, has appointed Mark Bamber as an independent non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee.
Mr Bamber, a technical specialist at the Malta Financial Services Authority, is a financial services professional and corporate executive who has held several senior positions in professional services and the banking sector of the past two decades.
He also brings a wealth of experience in the construction and financial services sectors to his role within Stivala Group, which was established in 2017, and serves as the main vehicle for further expansion of the Group’s hospitality business and mixed-use developments.

William Spiteri Bailey stressed that Malta’s economy must transition away from a model rooted in labour expansion and over-construction.
