Mediterranean Investments Holding plc announced the appointment of Krystle Ellul as Company Secretary.

The appointment was announced on Thursday through the Malta Stock Exchange.

She joined the Corinthia group in 2006, and since then has held various senior positions as well as several company secretarial roles of Corinthia Group, including that of PA to the Chairman and Board of Directors.

She is known for her skills in the hospitality industry, marketing communications, events planning, budgeting, customer service and social networking among others.

Ms Ellul succeeds Stephen Bajada who has held the role since April 2012, and who has recently been appointed as Company Secretary of International Hotel Investments plc.

Mediterranean Investments Holding plc was set up in 2005 and converted to a public company in 2007.

It is a joint venture between the Corinthia Group of Companies and the National Real Estate Company of Kuwait.
