Oil and gas logistics company MedservRegis announced the co-option of Monica De Oliveira Vilabril as a Non-Executive Director of the company.

Ms De Oliveira Vilabril has also been appointed as a Member of MedservRegis’ audit committee.

The Non-Executive Director’s appointment shall be valid until the conclusion of the company’s next annual general meeting.

Outside of her role at MedservRegis, Ms De Oliveira Vilabril provides business operations consultancy services to Mauritius-based insurance solution company International Assurance Limited.

Earlier this year, Medserv announced that it had entered into an agreement with Regis Holidings to bring the two entities together through a share for share exchange.

This agreement gave way to the foundation of MedservRegis, a Malta Stock Exchange listed company.
