Melita Business, a subsidiary of telecommunications company Melita, has signed a communications services agreement with The Embassy Valletta Hotel.

This means that Melita Business will be providing the hotel’s guests, management, and employees with all mobile, internet, television, and phone services needed.

The agreement also includes the installation of hardware, such as PBX, TV sets, and Wi-Fi systems throughout the property.

“Melita Business, through its own direct investments and through several strategic partnerships, is well-placed to offer a complete B2B service and dedicated support depending on the business needs,” Melita Director of Business Service Malcolm Briffa said.

“This means that whether a business requires a few mobile SIMs or, as in the case of The Embassy Valletta Hotel, a full suite of services including network and hospitality setup throughout the entire premises to accommodate personnel, residents, and visitors, Melita Business can deliver the right solution,” he continued.

Melita Business was also involved at various stages during the redevelopment of The Embassy Complex, which now incorporates a four-star superior hotel, a six-theatre cinema, and various other catering and retail outlets.

“Communications services are clearly vital for any hotel, both operationally and to ensure we constantly meet our guests’ ever-increasing expectations,” The Embassy Valletta Hotel GM Hubert Debono said.

“In Melita Business we have found a partner who is not only able to provide super-fast, reliable internet and mobile services as well as a great TV solution but is also able to carry out all the hardware and network installation and servicing that a property likes ours needs,” Mr Debono concluded.
