Midi plc’s board of directors was appointed at the company’s recent general meeting.

There were seven nominations for eight vacancies on the board in total, so no election took place.

The following persons were therefore appointed directors at the AGM and will hold office up to the next annual general meeting: Joseph Bonello, Jonathan Buttigieg, Joseph A. Gasan, Jacqueline sive Jackie Briffa, Marzena Formosa, Alec A. Mizzi and Joseph Said. Mr Alec A. Mizzi is serving as Chairman of the Board.

In addition, Mr Mark Portelli was re-appointed as executive director, and Dr Sarah Mamo as non-executive director.

Mr Portelli has occupied the role of CEO of the company since 1st September 2017 and has served an executive director on the Board as from the 5th October 2020. Dr Mamo has held the role of non-executive director of the Company since 10th January 2023.
