With more than 15 years’ experience within the gaming industry, BeyondPlay COO Jacqui Gatt has worked with casino and live casino products, both on the ground and online.

“My appointment at [the company] is the culmination of many important milestones. Together with the BeyondPlay team, we aim to deliver an entirely new experience in online gaming and redefining how people play,” she says in the latest edition of iGaming Capital.

“My role is tremendously hands-on and extends across many areas of the business, which is something I cherish,” she adds

Ms Gatt is particularly passionate about optimising the player experience, product innovation and the execution of gamification concepts within the casino space.

“I hope to inspire people who currently work, or aspire to work, in the gaming industry, especially locally. I also want to influence the sector by bringing new products and player experiences to life,” the COO highlights.

Looking towards the future, Ms Gatt predicts that “regulatory changes and M&As will continue to impact and challenge [the iGaming industry in Malta].”

“As a crucial contributor to the Maltese economy, gaming investments require the continued support of a strong regulatory body, as well as a healthy talent pool. Within the industry, we should aim to evolve and improve our products further, with more focus on innovation, entertainment, and a player-first approach,” she concludes.

This forms part of a wider feature carried in the latest edition of iGaming Capital.
