Fabio Muscat, CEO at OZO Group, dubbed 2022 as the year where “[the company] looks forward to expanding its horizons beyond our island.”

Founded in 1996, OZO Group specialises in the outsourcing and services industries, employing over 3,000 workers across the board.

Mr Muscat joined the family business in his current capacity back in 2016, meaning that he has held said role for well over five years.

“2021 was a year of many first and a year where we celebrated 25 years of OZO Group. Another year where the pandemic continued to impact our businesses and our daily life but, nonetheless, a year where we achieved a number of important milestones,” the CEO wrote on social media.

“We challenged the status quo and overcame obstacles that were thrown at us, we were reslienet and committed to achieve our goals,” he continued.

Alongside his role at OZO Group, Mr Muscat also acts as Directors at Ninety Six Real Estate, Gozo Fast Ferry, Ponte Ferries, and Eleven54 Studio. In 2020, he was made partner at Tailwag Recruitment.

“In 2022, I look forward to realizing new opportunities and to continue providing a bespoke service to our clients whilst challenging ourselves to achieve new heights,” Mr Muscat wrote.

“I would like to personally thank all our employees, clients, and Partners, industry peers, and all those that, one way or another, were part of our journey,” he concluded.
