Peter Hili has been co-opted as Non-Executive Director at Harvest Technology – the Marsa-based brand incorporating PTL Ltd, APCO Systems, and APCO Ltd – with effect from 14th March.

Mr Hili was also made Legal and Judicial Representative of the company.

The newly appointed Non-Executive Director also serves as Director at Hili Properties plc. Mr Hili’s past experiences include the roles of Restaurant Manager at McDonald’s Bay Street, Business Consultant at Premier Restaurants, and Managing Director at Premier Restaurants.

His appointment coincides with Keith Busuttil taking on the role of Chairman of Harvest Technology’s RemNom Committee. Mr Busuttil previously served as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the company.

George Kakouras, a Non-Executive Director of Harvest Technology, has replaced Mr Busuttil as Member of the company’s Audit Committee.
