A coveted annual publication showcasing the island’s top business leaders, MaltaCEOs 2024 is officially out.

Eagerly awaited each year, MaltaCEOs offers unparalleled insights into the minds of the country’s top executives through in-depth interviews with 50 of Malta’s leading CEOs.

Produced by Content House Group, the exclusive and upscale publication is available in both a prestigious hardback edition as well as a sleek paperback version.

MaltaCEOs 2024 is making its way to the desks of leading companies across Malta’s corporate landscape. Its extensive distribution network ensures that this sought-after publication reaches all prominent CEOs, C-level executives, and key players in the business, financial, and professional services sectors.

The 50 CEOs featured were also treated to a personalised gift in the form of a framed cartoon-drawing portrait of each individual by the talented Edward Bonello, also known as Ed.toonist. Indeed, each interviewee has received their very own portrait, capturing their unique personality through art, as well as meticulously designed branded packaging.

The prestigious publication, as well as its sister brand MaltaCEOs.mt, are media brands owned and managed by Content House Group, one of Malta’s leading media organisations in the online and print industries.

Editor of the publication, Jo Caruana, shares that throughout the course of the interviews, one key theme stood out: the need for agility and foresight in leadership.

“Our CEOs emphasised staying ahead of business-altering trends – from AI and data analytics to changing workplace dynamics. They spoke about building a culture that adapts to change, values diversity, and looks after employees. 2023 brought significant shifts in global markets, tech advancements, geopolitics, and consumer behaviour, along with an ever-stronger focus on sustainability.

“Digital transformation has become even more crucial in business strategy, presenting new challenges that require adaptability and innovative thinking. As we look to 2024, it’s clear that being a CEO is about more than just boardroom decisions. The economic outlook is cautiously optimistic, pointing towards a year of strategic growth and innovation. In today’s interconnected world, a holistic approach to leadership is essential,” she shares.

Showcasing the innovative spirit and adaptability at the heart of Malta’s business world, Ms Caruana hopes the publication’s wide range of readers will find inspiration in the insights, innovation and passion these leaders bring.

“Their experiences not only offer valuable lessons for navigating today’s complex business landscape but also serve as a beacon of hope, illuminating paths towards a more innovative and resilient future,” she adds.

Marie Claire Camilleri, Head of Sales & Business Development, said the feedback on the 2024 edition of MaltaCEOs has been outstanding: “The line-up of CEOs in the 2024 edition has been outstanding, and the feedback we have received by CEOs, business leaders and C-level executives on this edition has been superlative.

“Clearly, the annual MaltaCEOs publication has become a sought-after title, and a source of inspiration for those who are actively involved in management, leadership, and executive positions. We’re very happy that in the 2024 edition we had an excellent blend of CEOs, including a good mix of ages, a strong representation of female business leaders, as well as a good number of expat CEOs, that are based in Malta. We now look forward to seeing our interviews serialised on MaltaCEOs.mt over the coming weeks and months!”

Ms Camilleri said the team is already working on the 2025 edition: “We are already very active on the 2025 editions, and several companies, business leaders and CEOs have taken the initiative to get involved in next year’s prestigious edition. For those interested in partnering with us, this is undoubtedly the ideal time to get in touch with our team.”

The core members of the MaltaCEOs Executive Team include Editor Jo Caruana, Head of Sales and Business Development Marie Claire Camilleri, Editorial Assistant Angie Amato, Creative Director & Design Nicholas Cutajar, Head of Digital & Marketing Raisa Mazzola, Operations & Client Relationship Manager Sue Ann Pisani and Administration & Client Relationship Executive Rodianne Sammut.
