Premier Capital plc on Tuesday announced that CEO Victor Tedesco is set to take on a new role as Chief Development Officer of the company.

The company confirmed that his new role comes as it continues to prioritise the development of its “footprint”.

Additionally, Mr Tedesco will continue to serve as Premier Capital’s CEO.

Premier Capital also announced that Peter Hili, currently Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, and will be responsible for business intelligence, marketing and digital strategy, communications, and ESG.

Simona Mancinelli will replace him as Chief Operating Officer, with the role evolving to also cover human resources and IT. She will retain her position as Managing Director of Premier Capital Hellas SA, and will continue to be based in Greece.

The company added that three senior leadership appointments will be effective from 15th October, and have been done to “support the company’s growth” and to “sharpen its strategic focus”.

Premier Capital is the developmental licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania. It operates a growing network of restaurants, currently standing at 179 in prime locations, with a total staff complement of around 10,000 people. It is the McDonald’s division of Hili Ventures, the holding company of a diversified group with roots dating back to 1923.
