Raylene Pollacco has been named Chief Talent Officer at family-owned company ROCS Group. While she started in her new position in October, she made the announcement on Thursday.
The news comes after she served as Human Resources Development Manager at the company for more than six years.
Prior to that, Ms Pollacco worked at non-profit organisation Inspire Foundation for over five years, initially as STYLE Tutor, and later on as ASD Programmes Team Leader.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) from University of Malta and an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Diploma in Leadership and Management from MCAST.
Founded by the Vella family in 1972, ROCS Group has grown to become a leader in the different sectors which it operates in, with these ranging from media to real estate, travel, insurance, financial services, broadcasting, leisure, foreign recruitment, and retail. Today, ROCS Group operates over 30 retail locations in Malta and Libya.
