Ermenegildo Zegna’s Made-to-Measure service, featuring the brand’s characteristically contemporary approach to tailoring, is once again coming to Malta, through Zegna’s local partner Sarto.

The luxury multi-brand store has announced that Su Misura by Ermenegildo Zegna will be available in store on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th October 2021. Leading the experience is the Head of Made-to-Measure from Zegna Milan, who will be available by appointment only to work on customising each garment.

“As the local partner of Ermenegildo Zegna, VF Group is extremely pleased to once again host the brand’s Su Misura event by Zegna, at Sarto, for the fourth year,” says Michelle Farrugia, Retail Director at VF Group and Sarto CEO.

“Travel restrictions in 2020 rendered the activity unfeasible, much to the disappointment of our esteemed clientele. The continued success of Zegna’s made-to-measure in Malta bears testimony to the ever-increasing demand for perfectly crafted, bespoke lifestyle experiences, catering to the gentleman with discerning taste and one who carries a deep appreciation for fine tailoring of Zegna – which in turn enjoys such a beautiful heritage and is an icon of men’s fashion,” she continues.

“Having the Milan-team take residence in Sarto has also proved highly convenient for the client, who no longer needs to travel specifically for the made-to-measure service, or for that matter take up valuable time away from work while travelling on business trips in key cities such as London, Rome or otherwise. An interesting aspect of this year’s event is the increased interest in leisure and casual wear, which, like suiting, can be fully customised, from the fabric to the stitching and finishing detail.”

Launched in 1972, Su Misura, is a natural evolution of Zegna’s excellence in fabric innovation and tailoring. A Su Misura piece is both priceless and very personal for the wearer, given that each garment is individually fitted, then cut and sewn, and then further customized with exclusive details and special touches.
