Following a wave of new Government restrictions announced yesterday in the wake of the highest record of COVID-19 cases Malta’s seen since the start of the pandemic, the prospect of another lockdown has left many reeling – both personally and professionally.
In a message of support on social media, Sass Woods, Co-Founder of SHE: Social Hub Entrepreneurs, addressed the struggles many might be facing heading into another semi-lockdown.
“It’s ok if you feel out of sorts, not very productive or if you feel like you need a time out just to process what’s going on and how you are going to manage it,” she wrote, recommending that one takes the time to sit with their feelings and not push themselves to soldier on.
“Take comfort in the fact that we are all in this together and that this too shall pass. We, as a community are here for you! We are here to support you in the best way that we can.”
