Simon Montanaro has been appointed chairman of Harvest Technology plc, succeeding Keith Busuttil.
Harvest Technology announced in a statement that Mr Busuttil has resigned from his position of the Board, director, and legal representative of the company. He has held that role since 2022, when he succeeded Juanito Camilleri.

Mr Montanaro will now serve as chairman of the board, and he has also been co-opted to the office of non-executive director, and legal and judicial representative of the Company.
Mr Montanaro has vast experience in the ICT industry, spanning both network and technology services. He worked with Melita for over 34 years, including as its Chief Technology Officer between 2009 and 2023.
He currently serves in various director and consultancy roles, supporting organisations in enhancing performance through the effective and strategic use of technology.
