Stefan Patrick Gauci has been appointed Executive Director at Birkirkara-based corporate services firm Integritas Group.

Dr Gauci had first joined Integritas Trustees – a subsidiary of Integritas Group – in 2011 as Director and Company Secretary. He parted ways with the company in March 2013 only to re-join Integritas Group as Head of Business Advisory in July 2020. He remained in said role for just under two years before his latest appointment.

Founded in 2011, Integritas Group is nowadays made up of Integritas Corporate Services Ltd, Integritas Consulting Ltd, Agenzija Integritas Endevio Ltd, and Integritas Trustees Ltd.

Through these subsidiaries the Group provides directorship and professional management services, Citizenship By Investment (CBI) and Residence By Investment (RBI) services, trustee and fiduciary services, and a vast range of company services, amongst other things.

The group is led by Founder and Managing Director Frédéric Villa.

Dr Gauci holds a wealth of experience in the local legal industry, having served as Director and Head of Legal at Kylin Prime Corporate Services, as Managing Director at Global Development Bureau Limited, and as Head of Legal at Ousheng & Partners Limited.

Since 2014, Dr Gauci has also been serving as an Assistant Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta.
