Ryan Mahoney

Ryan Mahoney has joined Tallinn-based mobility company Bolt as Country General Manager for Malta.

Founded in 2013, Bolt is nowadays regarded as one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the world, boasting over 100 million customers across more than 45 countries, ranging from Europe and Africa to Latin America.

Mr Mahoney took to social media to reveal his latest appointment.

“I’m super excited to be starting my new job as Country General Manager for Bolt in Malta,” he wrote.

“Looking forward to working alongside [France General Manager] Julien Mouyeket and the team to help the company reach new heights and take ride-hailing services to the next level,” he continued.

Mr Mahoney joins Bolt after a one-year tenure as Project Manager at William Hill. Before that, he served as Projects Portfolio Manager at Spinola Gaming, Senior Business Advisor at Mazars, and Senior Commercial Analyst and Enterprise Marketing & Pricing Executive at Vodafone.

Just last month, Bolt started operating independently in Malta after its partnership agreement with TXF Tech concluded.
