Six months into her role as HR Business Partner at LeoVegas Group, Elin Olofsson shares that she felt right at home from the start.
To mark the occasion, Ms Olofsson wrote “6 months since I joined LeoVegas Group and what a great experience it has been so far!”
“Thanks to my manager and my team, I felt extremely welcomed from day one, even with the challenge of being onboarded fully remotely. We have already achieved so much this year and still have so many exciting projects coming up!”
The HR Business Partner explained that during her first days on the job, she had the opportunity to meet all her team members to get to know them well, a full day session about the culture held by two ambassadors from the company, and enjoyed the mentorship of a colleague during the first months, “always there to answer any questions I had”, all of which was done remotely.
Ms Olofsson thanked the Group’s global HR team “for making me feel a part of the team straight away.”
