The group operates in a number of different sectors, including restaurants, care homes, and also develops property. It operates in real estate, construction, healthcare, and hospitality.

Dr Adrian Sciberras has also been appointed a role in Smartcare Holdings Ltd, as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Wait and Dr Sciberras join Chairman Andrew Debattista Segond on the board of Smartcare Holdings.
