Adam Eyre has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Horizon Projects Ltd Malta.

Mr Eyre has two decades of construction industry and real estate experience, including roles in strategic leadership and innovative project management. Although most of his experience was based in London, UK, and across the European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, Mr Eyre is now based in Malta.

Currently, he is a Non-Executive Director at Cybarco Development Ltd and Cybarco, both companies under the umbrella of the Lanitis Group, a Cyprus-based conglomerate.

While Cybarco focuses on the construction of large-scale projects, including luxury properties, infrastructure, and commercial buildings, Cybarco Development Ltd specialises in property development and the sale of real estate.

Back in London, he served as a Business Strategy Consultant working on a freelance basis, a Partner, Director of Business and Project Director at Construction Lab Ltd, a Director at Incursive Construction Ltd and a Contracts and Project Manager at All Done Design & Build Ltd, among other roles.

Furthermore, he has a Master’s Degree in Senior Management in Construction and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

He describes himself as being skilled in strategic visionary leadership, business development expertise, financial and operational acumen, innovative project leadership, risk management and compliance, client relationship management, and sustainable integration, among others.

Horizon Projects was established in 2015 and is a construction company specialising in design, turnkey solutions, and project management. Since it started operating, the company has taken on a range of projects, from smaller-scale works to multi-million ventures.
