Corinthia Caterers has announced the appointment of Adrian Bonnici as its new Director of Sales & Marketing.

Mr Bonnici brings decades of experience across sales, operations and business development within the events and hospitality sector. Known for his strong focus on client relationships, operational efficiency and cross-functional leadership.

He has been with Corinthia Caterers for more than eight years, most recently serving as Director of Sales for over two years.

Mr Bonnici holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the London School of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Suffolk.

His professional career began in public administration, starting as a clerk at the Office of the Prime Minister in 1988. He later served as an Executive Officer within the Staff Development Organisation for over seven years, followed by a role as Executive Officer at the Centre for Development. He subsequently transitioned into the private sector, taking on sales-focused roles including Sales Executive at Catermax and later Director of Sales at the same company for almost three years.

In his expanded role at Corinthia Caterers, Mr Bonnici will be responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives, supporting business development efforts and further strengthening the company’s position within Malta’s events and hospitality landscape.
